I began my career in banking in 2001 while completing my senior year of high school.  Since, I have spent over 11 years in retail management as well as 3 years in investment compliance, marketing and operations management.  Despite having a degree in Psychology from Washburn University, I have always found banking to be a great fit for me to combine my love of helping people with my interest in the field of business.  My role at Community Bank gives me the opportunity to not only learn new things each day, but to work with a great team committed to each other and the success of the bank, but also the community in which we live and work in.

I was born and raised in Topeka and enjoy being active in my church and volunteering throughout the community.  My proudest accomplishment, without a doubt, will always be my daughter and son.  When I’m not at the dance studio with my daughter, or at basketball or baseball with my son, I enjoy spending my time outdoors.  Hiking, kayaking, fishing and time with my family and friends are my favorite ways to spend my time!
